During your health and fitness assessment, I will find out more about your current fitness levels so I can create a programme in line with your needs. There will always be a cardio training section and strength training section in each programme, and will target all over body.

Yes, absolutely. Even if one buddy is fitter or stronger than the other, I will create a programme that is both safe and effective for both individuals. In some cases, I may advise adaptations to various exercises and weight selections may differ. However, you can be assured you will both receive a challenging workout.

You won’t fail the fitness test! Theses tests are carried out so I have an idea of your current fitness and strength levels and I know where to start you from, so you can get the most out of your training sessions. There is no right or wrong!

The Fitness Room is a private studio with full length blinds. With just me and you present, you don’t have to worry about being around other gym goers. I completely understand issues most women have about body image, and you can be fully assured I will make you feel at ease, so you can enjoy your training session and focus on achieving your goals. I do not judge anyone by how they look or by their performance.
